Moses Olabhele Esangbedo

Moses Olabhele Esangbedo is an Associate Professor in the School of Management Engineering at Xuzhou University of Technology, China, and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Grey Systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering and an MSc in Communication and Information Systems from Northwestern Polytechnical University, a National Double First-Class university selected for both Project 985 and Project 211. His work integrates Management Science and Engineering, Grey System Theory, Multiple Criteria Decision-Making, Decision Support Systems, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Agile practices, and digital transformation, and develops research that supports decision-making under uncertainty in academic, organisational, and technology-driven contexts.

I combine academic research, editorial leadership and enterprise practice to help organisations make better decisions and deliver better systems. My work spans grey systems theory, multi-criteria decision-making, decision-support systems, Agile and SAFe delivery, product ownership, business analysis, HR transformation, and China–Africa technology and business development.
